Accessible & Functional
Our trishaws are built to make it easy for passengers to relax and take in the view while a trained volunteer pilot handles the ride.
The Van Raam CHAT
The CHAT is an award-winning trishaw developed by Dutch manufacturer Van Raam, known for designing adaptive bikes since 1974.
It features a wide, comfortable seat and a footrest that lowers to the ground, making it easy for passengers to get in and out. The ride is smooth and stable, with an electric assist motor and multiple support levels to help pilots navigate a variety of terrain.
This trishaw can carry up to 700 pounds, including up to 440 pounds in the front passenger seat.
The Nihola Combo
The Nihola Combo is designed to accommodate passengers with a wider range of mobility needs.
It can transport either seated passengers or a wheelchair, thanks to its removable seat module and built-in ramp. The design prioritizes stability and ease of use, creating a safe and comfortable experience for both passengers and pilots.
It fits wheelchairs up to 28 inches wide and 47 inches long, with a recommended maximum load of 460 pounds.
The Van Raam Fun2Go
Coming this Summer
The electric assist Fun2Go is a double rider cycle/ three-wheel tandem where the users sit beside each other. The pilot controls the bike but both can pedal.
The two riders have a great view of the road and can communicate well with each other due to the seats being next to each other. The riders can get on without having to step through and the seats can easily be adjusted to the required distance with a lever.
The seats also rotate, making it even easier to get on. The maneuverability of the Fun2Go side-by-side tandem bike is enormous, with two wheels all the way behind and one front wheel, it can turn around its own axis.
No matter which trishaw you ride in, the experience is comfortable, social, and focused on enjoying the moment.
“I feel it’s my own private chariot… Especially in the spring when all the blossoms are opening up on the trees.”
